General Terms of the Promotion.
This promotion is offered by Kounta Pty Ltd (38160947384), 3, Suite 2, 36-42 Chippen Street, Chippendale NSW 2008, Australia (“Lightspeed”) and only applies to new Lightspeed Customers located in Australia who subscribe to a Lightspeed O-Series plan between November 7, 2022 and December 23, 2022, subject to execution of the applicable Agreements and/or Order Form on or before December 23, 2022 (“Eligible Customers”). Eligibility for the promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
Eligible Customers can benefit from the AUD$1000 Off Add-On(s) and/or Hardware Offer (as described below), to the extent they meet all of the respective terms related to this offer (the “Promotion”). Promotional discount does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer.
Eligible Customers can only enjoy this promotion offer once, for 1 single business location. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts.
These terms and conditions apply (in addition to the Lightspeed Service Agreement and Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com.au/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and https://www.lightspeedhq.com.au/legal/privacy-policy/) to the Promotion.
To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, such party’s agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.
AUD$1000 Off Add-On(s) and/or Hardware Offer. Eligible Customers will receive discounts on Add-Ons not included in the chosen plan and/or available hardware (Printer, Payment Terminal, iPad Stand) up to a combined maximum of AUD$1000, subject to the following additional terms:
Add-On availability varies by location and product and shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
This Offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form.
Activating Lightspeed Payments (and therefore becoming eligible for any promotion, discount or saving relating to it) is always subject to: (i) approval by Lightspeed of the Lightspeed Payments Merchant Application; and (ii) Customer starting regular use of this service for payment transactions within 90 days of subscribing for Lightspeed Payments. This offer may not be available for certain industries that cannot be serviced by Lightspeed Payments. Lightspeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligible industries on the upsell of Lightspeed Payments.
Apple products are excluded from the Hardware Offer.
Discounted hardware will only be shipped upon receipt of the earlier of (i) the first payment on software or (ii) payment of non-free hardware.
Payment Terminals are only included in the Hardware Offer when using Lightspeed Payments.
