We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our Sales team in the APAC region.. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying and Prospecting for new business, primarily through telephone and email communication, reaching out to single site and mid-market companies' decision makers in order to present our platform
  • Engage and qualify new leads via phone and email, and book demos with our Business Development Executives for prospective customers 
  • Rapidly iterating on outreach practices and messaging through A/B testing and data-driven optimisations
  • Work with the marketing team and the sales team to develop new strategies to grow our sales pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Collaborate with the Team Lead and Sales Manager to develop sequences that proactively target ideal customers through prospecting channels such as email, social media, website, etc.

And a little bit of… 

  • Hospitality experience 
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems

What you need to bring:

We're looking for an Intermediate candidate who has experience with the following:

  • First year of outbound sales experience, working in a target-based environment 
  • Experience in technology (software, mobile or other) 
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication
  • Tech savvy, but able to understand people who are not
  • Proficiency in English
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
