Originally from Canada and living in Australia for over 25 years, he has a rich background in wine, previously working as a wine professional and earning certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. His favourite dining spot—Ragazzi—reflects his appreciation for exceptional food and wine.
Beyond hospitality, he has a deep love for the ocean and is a dedicated practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, holding a blue belt. Whether exploring new dining experiences or honing his skills on the mat, he thrives on challenge, growth and connection.
