What’s new in Lightspeed Restaurant version 7.17?
Split items now calculated as decimal amounts in reports. Previously, reports displayed split items as whole numbers (ex: a pizza split three ways would display in reports as three individual pizzas sold). Now, reports display the paid amount for a split item and the correct decimal representation of split items sold.
Correct tax now applied to discounted receipts [Ontario only]. Receipts discounted to an amount below $4 now have the correct 5% GST tax applied on the total sales amount. Please note this only applies to accounts in Ontario, Canada.
