New Feature
- Auto-selecting register fields: When adjusting line items in the register, the Qty. field will now auto-select its entire content in order to edit its value faster. Although this new feature may seem small, making this field easily adjustable for our merchants will make a substantial impact on the efficiency of every transaction. CLD-14766
Payment Processing Improvement
- Vantiv (USA): Providing customers with a fast and seamless checkout experience is important to our retailers. With this need in mind, merchants can now conveniently return funds processed and stored by Vantiv (USA) back to their customers’ original credit cards by refunding the associated sales in Lightspeed. No credit cards or payment terminals needed!CLD-11392
Lightspeed Retail with eCom
In today’s society, we can be spoiled for choice. This is why here at Lightspeed, we strive to provide a gradient of customization that caters to all our omnichannel merchants without overwhelming them: from the mom and pop shops to the enterprises. Here’s our new feature that we’ve carefully added to the balance:
- Automatically publish to eCom setting: As an omnichannel merchant, you can now use the new Automatically publish to eCom checkbox in Settings > General Options to select whether or not you want your new Retail items to automatically publish to your eCom back office. Whether you want to curate each published item yourself or simply want to sell your entire inventory online, the choice is now yours! CLD-13571
