Will you set up the hardware for me?

Our Service Team will check in with you from time to time to ensure you are prepped and ready to launch. If you need more thorough, in-person support, we can connect you to a Lightspeed specialist.

Does the price include hardware?

Hardware is an extra cost, but don’t worry, Lightspeed works on a range of devices, new and old, so you won’t break the bank on hardware.

Do I have to pay anything extra for integrations?

Yes, in some cases.

If you decide to integrate other platforms with Lightspeed, you’ll have to subscribe to their services as well as ours, however there is no cost to set up most of the integrations between our integration partners and Lightspeed, but there is a cost in some cases, such as a PMS integration.
