What’s new in Lightspeed Restaurant version 7.23?
Introducing custom void reasons. You can now customize the reason for a voided item or order. What’s more, you can also choose to revert stock for the order item depending on the void reason. Simply add, remove or edit custom void reasons from the Restaurant Manager and these will appear on the POS.
To customize the void reasons on your POS, navigate to Restaurant Manager > Settings > App Settings and scroll down to Void Reasons.
