APAC Hospo OB 2 months free SW Promo T&Cs

1. This promotion is offered for O-Series by Kounta Pty Ltd (ABN: 38160947384), Level 1/17 Eveleigh Street, Chippendale, NSW 2008, Australia (each “Lightspeed” as the case may be).
2. It only applies to new Lightspeed customers located in Australia who subscribe to an annual Lightspeed Restaurant O-Series plan (“POS Subscription”) and Lightspeed Payments between August 20, 2025 and December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”), subject to execution of the applicable Agreement(s) and/or Order Form before December 31, 2025 (“Eligible Customers”). Eligibility for the promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
3. Subject to these terms, conditions and exclusions, Eligible Customers can benefit from up to $780 off their software subscription through Lightspeed during the Promotion Period. The first month of subscription fees is to be paid upfront and the $780 will be applied as a credit towards the following two months. (the “Promotion”).
4. Activating Lightspeed Payments (and therefore becoming eligible for any promotion, discount or saving relating to it) is always subject to: (i) approval by Lightspeed of the Lightspeed Payments Merchant Application; and (ii) Customer starting regular use of this service for payment transactions within 30 days of subscribing for Lightspeed Payments. The offer may not be available for certain industries that cannot be serviced by Lightspeed Payments. Lightspeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligible industries. 5. The Promotion (i) is not available to customers who sign up for the $40/month Basic plan for O-series, (ii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts; (iii) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash
6. To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
7. Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.
