NOAM Retail HW and SW Promo T&Cs

This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms of the Promotion.

1. This promotion is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc (“Lightspeed”) and only applies to new Lightspeed customers located in Canada or the US who subscribe to a Lightspeed Retail POS plan (“POS Subscription”) between December 1, 2023 and December 31, 2024 (“Promotion Period”), subject to execution of the applicable Agreement(s) and/or Order Form (“Eligible Customers”). Eligibility for the promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
2. Subject to these terms, conditions and exclusions, during the Promotion Period, Eligible Customers can benefit from:
   1. A discount on a POS Subscription, up to an amount confirmed to you by Lightspeed, not to exceed 50%;
   2. A discount on hardware purchased through Lightspeed (“Hardware”), up to an amount confirmed to you by Lightspeed, not to exceed 50%; and
   3. One free reader

(the “Promotion”).

1. The POS Subscription discount will be applied to Eligible Customer’s account each month, up to a maximum of 12 months. The discounted Hardware, and the free reader, will only be shipped upon receipt of the first payment on the POS Subscription.
2. The make and model of the free reader will be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion. Apple products are excluded from the Promotion. Payment terminals are only provided when using Lightspeed Payments. All Hardware is subject to availability and all imagery is intended for illustrative purposes.
3. The Promotion (i) does not apply to any other hardware, hardware bundles, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer; including but not limited to: Marketing & Loyalty, Ordering, Bumpit and Delivery (iii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts and (iv) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.  Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form.
4. To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, such party’s agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
5. Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.
